frequently asked questions
Can I order a custom size?
Yes, of course! I do offer custom sizing – just send me a message at info@kristinaoja.com with your request. I’ll need your full bust, waist, and hips measurements (in cm). Also, please check the item description – for some pieces I may need a few more details to make it fit perfectly.
What size should I order?
Check out our size guide or send me your measurements! Please note that knitwear naturally stretches and adapts to your body, so a little flexibility in sizing is totally normal
I would like my skirt to be a bit shorter/longer..is it possible?
If you’d like your skirt to be a bit shorter or longer, just email me your request along with your measurements.
For example: “I’d like the skirt to be 5 cm longer.” Small changes like this are totally fine!
If you’re thinking of a bigger change – like turning a shirt into a dress – that would require more yarn, materials and work, so the price will be slightly higher. Just email me and we’ll sort out the details
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes!
How long does it take to make my order?
Most items have a production time of 1–2 weeks, as every piece is made to order – I begin making your item after the order is placed.
The exact time depends on how many orders I currently have in the queue. If you order more than one item, it may take a bit longer.
However, some garments are already made and ready to ship.
If you’re looking for something quicker, feel free to contact me to ask which items are currently available for immediate shipping.
Who makes these clothes?
I do – every piece is handmade by me from start to finish!
Are the knitted clothes see-through?
Some knitwear pieces can be slightly see-through – this is typical for certain knit structures and part of the natural look and feel of knit garments.
Usually, wearing nude or beige underwear is enough, and nothing will show through noticeably.
If you prefer more coverage, I can add a lining made from stretchy viscose jersey for an additional cost.
Just write to me at info@kristinaoja.com and I’ll be happy to help.
