shipping and returns

We ship worldwide. Every order is shipped from Estonia. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are typically:

• 2–5 working days to the Baltics and Scandinavia

• 3–7 working days to the rest of Europe

• 6–14 working days to the rest of the world

Each item has a production time of 1–2 weeks (this may be shorter or longer depending on the current order volume). Once your order is ready, we will ship it as soon as possible. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or issues that occur after the order has been shipped or for any circumstances beyond our control.

If you order items in standard sizes (XS-XL), you can return or exchange them for a different size. Please contact us if you wish to return your item.

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or made-to-measure orders, as these are created specifically according to the measurements you provide. However, if there is an issue caused by a mistake on our part, we are happy to correct it or cover reasonable repair costs. This does not apply if the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or if the customer requests changes from the original design.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional fees. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt, in the same condition as received, with all original tags attached.
